Are the artworks original?

Yes. All original artworks are one-of-a-kind and hand-painted by Kevin McKeown. Once sold, an original artwork will never be reproduced again as an original painting.

Do you offer prints?

Yes. Selected artworks are available as limited-edition prints on premium canvas or fine art paper (availability may vary by artwork and region).

All limited edition prints are:

  • Professionally produced using archival-quality materials

  • Printed on premium canvas or fine art paper

  • Canvas prints are stretched and ready to hang

  • Paper prints are unframed and rolled for safe shipping

  • Limited edition prints are authenticated via a hand-signed and numbered Certificate of Authenticity.
    Due to international production across professional print studios, edition numbering appears on the Certificate of Authenticity rather than on the print itself.
    Edition numbers are strictly limited and tracked by the artist.

  • A signed and numbered Certificate of Authenticity will be mailed to you separately for security and archival purposes.

  • Edition numbers are strictly limited and tracked by the artist, they will never be reprinted once sold out.

How large are the print editions?

Each print size has its own fixed edition limit.

For example, a print may be listed as Limited Edition of 30 per size.
This ensures scarcity is preserved even when multiple sizes are offered.

Are prints framed?

Canvas prints are supplied stretched and ready to hang.
Framing options may vary depending on region and print supplier.

Paper prints are supplied unframed.

How is shipping handled for original artworks?

All original artworks are carefully packed and shipped from Perth, Western Australia.

  • All shipments include tracking and full transit insurance

Do you offer free international shipping for original artworks?

Yes. Free shipping is available worldwide for all original paintings and limited edition prints.

How are original paintings shipped internationally?

Original paintings are shipped from Perth, Western Australia.

  • Works up to 90 × 60 cm are shipped flat

  • Larger works may be shipped rolled in a protective tube to ensure safe and economical delivery

All original artworks are professionally packed and shipped with tracking and insurance.

Will my rolled artwork be damaged?

No. Rolled shipping is a standard fine art practice for larger works.
Canvases are carefully rolled with protective materials and are designed to be safely re-stretched by a professional framer at the destination.

Do I need to pay customs duties or taxes?

Any duties, taxes, or import fees charged by the destination country are the responsibility of the buyer.

How long will delivery take?

Delivery times vary by destination and carrier.
Tracking details are provided once your artwork has been dispatched.

How is shipping handled for limited edition prints?

Limited edition prints are produced to order and shipped by professional print studios.

International

  • Limited edition prints are available to selected international destinations

  • Free international shipping is included for all eligible countries

  • Prints are produced and shipped locally where possible to ensure quality and efficient delivery

How long will my order take?

Original artworks
Dispatched within 3–5 business days of purchase. For larger paintings, please allow additional handling time prior to dispatch.

Limited edition prints
Please allow:

  • Production: 5–10 business days

  • Shipping: 3–7 business days

Tracking details will be provided once your order ships. Delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly by destination.

What is your return policy?

Original artworks

  • Australia: Original artworks may be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided they are returned in original condition and packaging.

  • International: International purchases are final sale and not eligible for returns.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Refunds exclude original shipping costs. Once the artwork is received and inspected, a refund will be processed.

Limited edition prints
Because prints are made to order, returns are not accepted for change of mind.
If any artwork (original or print) arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so the issue can be resolved promptly.

Will I be charged import duties or taxes?

International buyers are responsible for any local customs duties or taxes charged by their country.

Do the artworks look the same in real life?

Every effort is made to photograph artworks accurately. However, colours may vary slightly depending on screen settings and lighting conditions.

Collectors are welcome to request additional images or details before purchasing.

Is the artwork signed?

Yes.

  • All original paintings are signed by the artist

Can I see the artwork in person?

If you’re located in Perth, private viewings may be possible by appointment. Please get in touch to discuss.

Do you take commissions?

Commission enquiries are welcome on a limited basis. Availability depends on timing and scope. Please use the contact page to start the conversation.

How do I care for my artwork?

  • Avoid direct sunlight for extended periods

  • Keep away from excessive heat or moisture

  • Dust gently with a soft, dry cloth
