1. Business Information

Kevin McKeown Art is the trading name of sole trader Kevin McKeown, ABN 75 621 246 931, based in Perth, Western Australia.

2. Sales Process

At this stage, all purchases are handled securely through trusted platforms:

• Original paintings are sold via Bluethumb Art.

• Prints are sold via Saatchi Art.

When you buy through these platforms, their terms and conditions apply.

3. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated.

• Prices may change without notice.

• Payment is processed securely through Bluethumb or Saatchi at checkout.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• Australia: Free shipping on original paintings via Bluethumb.

• International: Shipping fees are calculated at checkout. Prints ship worldwide via Saatchi’s global network.

• Kevin McKeown Art is not responsible for customs duties, taxes, or delays once items have left the studio.

5. Returns & Refunds

• Australia: Bluethumb offers a free 7-day return policy on original paintings, including complimentary pick-up.

• International: Returns are subject to the policies of Bluethumb (originals) and Saatchi (prints). Please check their sites for details.

• Commissioned artworks are non-refundable once work has begun.

6. Commissions

Kevin accepts a limited number of commissions each year.

• A deposit is required before work begins.

• Commission prices are based on size and complexity, starting at $2 AUD per square inch.

• Commissions are non-refundable once the painting process has started.

7. Copyright & Intellectual Property

• All artworks, images, and content on this site are the copyright of Kevin McKeown.

• Purchasing an artwork gives you ownership of the physical piece, not the rights to reproduce it.

• Images may not be copied or used without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Kevin McKeown Art is not responsible for:

• Delays or damages caused by couriers, customs, or shipping companies.

• Technical issues or downtime on this website.

• Errors in pricing or product descriptions (though every effort is made to ensure

• accuracy).
